Yes, with the recruitment-only plan, we handle the entire recruitment process to ensure the best fit for your company. Once onboarded, the sales reps become your internal employees, fully integrated into your organization.
If you're dissatisfied with a hire, simply notify us, and we will provide up to two replacements within the first 6 months. Depending on the reason, this replacement may either be free or at a discounted rate.
We charge a one-time placement fee for each sales hire, which is tailored to your budget, goals, experience requirements, and market segment. Additionally, we earn a 10% commission on the first year’s revenue attributed to the hired sales rep. This ensures our incentives align with finding top performers rather than quickly filling the role.
The growth partnership includes a monthly fee for managing your sales team, plus a 20-30% share of the revenue generated by the team. The fee varies based on team size, target market (e.g., SMB, mid-market, enterprise), and how much of the sales cycle we manage. We handle all payroll, and in some cases, we may negotiate equity or earn-ins to align our incentives with your long-term success.
There are no setup or onboarding fees for the growth partnership. However, a three-month deposit may be required to cover the initial salaries of your sales team during the onboarding process.

We do not provide ongoing support unless you opt for our Sales Enablement Retainer. This retainer includes group coaching sessions and continuous support to ensure your sales reps are performing at their best. If ongoing support is important to you, we highly recommend considering this option.
