Does the recruitment-only plan mean the sales reps become our internal hires?

Yes, with the recruitment-only plan, we handle the entire recruitment process to ensure the best fit for your company. Once onboarded, the sales reps become your internal employees, fully integrated into your organization.

What happens if I’m not happy with a sales hire?

If you're dissatisfied with a hire, simply notify us, and we will provide up to two replacements within the first 6 months. Depending on the reason, this replacement may either be free or at a discounted rate.

What is the pricing for the recruitment-only package?

We charge a one-time placement fee for each sales hire, which is tailored to your budget, goals, experience requirements, and market segment. Additionally, we earn a 10% commission on the first year’s revenue attributed to the hired sales rep. The growth partnership includes a monthly fee for managing your sales team, plus a 20-30% share of the revenue generated by the team. We handle all payroll, and in some cases, we may negotiate equity or earn-ins to align our incentives with your long-term success.

Are there setup fees for the growth partnership package?

There are no setup or onboarding fees for the growth partnership. However, a three-month deposit may be required to cover the initial salaries of your sales team during the onboarding process.

Do you support recruitment for enterprise-level or strategic Account Executives (AEs)?

Yes, we specialize in recruiting and managing enterprise-level and strategic AEs for complex, high-value sales cycles.

How long does the recruitment process typically take?
