TCPA Disclosure and Communications Policy
SalesCycle Communications Policy
Last updated: June 9, 2026
This Communications Policy explains how SalesCycle may contact you and how you consent to calls, text messages, AI-assisted communications, recordings, transcripts, and related follow-up. It supplements our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
TCPA Consent to Calls and Messages
By providing your phone number, submitting a form, clicking to start a demo, calling or texting us, asking Alex to contact you, scheduling a call, or otherwise opting in, you give SalesCycle and its service providers express consent to contact you at the phone number you provide or use. This consent includes calls, SMS, MMS, RCS, and similar messages, including communications made using automated systems, an automatic telephone dialing system, prerecorded messages, artificial voices, AI-generated or AI-assisted voices, and other technology-assisted communications.
Communications may include transactional, informational, service, appointment, support, account, demo, product, follow-up, and marketing or promotional messages, depending on the context and consent you provide.
Consent Is Not Required to Buy
Your consent to receive marketing or promotional calls or text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services. You may revoke consent at any time using the opt-out methods below.
Text Message Terms
- Message frequency varies based on your interactions, requests, appointments, support needs, and account activity.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to any text message to opt out of text messages from that messaging program.
- Reply HELP to any text message for help.
- Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Opting out of marketing messages does not prevent us from sending legally permitted transactional or service messages where allowed by law.
Revoking Consent and Do-Not-Contact Requests
You may revoke consent to text messages by replying STOP. You may request help by replying HELP. You may also ask SalesCycle not to contact you by calling 843-983-2361. We will process opt-out and do-not-contact requests as required by law and may maintain suppression records to honor those requests.
AI Voice Disclosure
SalesCycle uses AI-assisted systems, including Alex, to conduct demos, answer calls, respond to messages, simulate business scenarios, collect information, prepare summaries, and assist with follow-up. When you interact with Alex, you may be communicating with an artificial or AI-generated voice or chat agent rather than a human.
Consent to Record, Monitor, Transcribe, and Analyze
By starting, accepting, continuing, or participating in a call, chat, text exchange, email thread, DM, demo, or other communication with SalesCycle or Alex, you consent to SalesCycle recording, monitoring, transcribing, storing, summarizing, and analyzing that communication. This includes processing by AI systems for service delivery, demo operation, quality assurance, training, product improvement, compliance, support, security, and recordkeeping.
If you do not consent to recording, monitoring, transcription, or AI analysis, do not start or continue the interaction. You may tell the agent or representative, disconnect the call, close the chat, or contact SalesCycle using another available method. Where required by law, we may provide additional recording or AI notices during a call or message interaction.
Consent Records
SalesCycle may maintain records of consent, opt-in source, opt-in timestamp, IP address or device information, phone number, message history, call history, opt-out history, recording notices, and related compliance information. These records help us verify consent, honor opt-outs, troubleshoot delivery, and comply with carrier, platform, and legal requirements.
No Emergency Use
SalesCycle is not an emergency service, 911 service, crisis line, medical triage service, or safety-critical dispatch system. Do not use SalesCycle or Alex for emergencies. If you have an emergency, call 911 or the appropriate emergency service.
Customer Use of SalesCycle
Businesses using SalesCycle are responsible for obtaining and documenting any legally required consent from their own customers, prospects, employees, and contacts before using SalesCycle to call, text, record, transcribe, or otherwise communicate with them. Businesses must provide required notices, honor opt-outs, and comply with TCPA, telemarketing, call recording, privacy, consumer protection, carrier, and platform rules.
