SalesCycle Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of SalesCycle's website, demos, AI voice and chat experiences, communications, and related services. By accessing the site, starting a demo, clicking an option, calling us, texting us, chatting with Alex, or otherwise using SalesCycle, you agree to these Terms.

SalesCycle and Alex

SalesCycle provides AI-assisted voice, messaging, email, chat, and customer-conversation workflows. Alex is an AI agent that may answer questions, conduct demos, simulate business scenarios, summarize conversations, and help route or prepare next steps. Alex is not a human representative, lawyer, doctor, financial advisor, emergency responder, or substitute for professional judgment.

Eligibility and Business Use

SalesCycle is intended for business and professional use. You may use the site and demos only if you can form a binding agreement and will comply with these Terms and applicable laws.

Communications Consent

If you provide contact information, click to start a demo, request follow-up, call, text, or otherwise communicate with SalesCycle, you authorize SalesCycle to communicate with you using the channels you provide or use, including phone calls, SMS, MMS, RCS, email, web chat, direct messages, and AI-assisted communications, subject to applicable law and your consent.

Additional communication terms, including TCPA disclosures, opt-out instructions, message and data rate disclosures, AI voice disclosures, and recording consent, are provided in our Communications Policy.

Recording, Transcription, and AI Processing

Calls, chats, texts, emails, DMs, and demo sessions may be recorded, monitored, transcribed, summarized, analyzed, and processed by AI systems for service delivery, quality assurance, training, support, security, and compliance. If you do not consent, do not participate in the interaction or discontinue it.

You are responsible for the information you provide, the permissions you grant, and the communications you ask SalesCycle or Alex to handle. If you use SalesCycle for your own customers or prospects, you are responsible for obtaining and documenting all legally required consents, providing required notices, honoring opt-outs, and complying with privacy, consumer protection, call recording, telemarketing, messaging, and industry-specific laws.

Text Messaging Terms

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages. Reply HELP for help. Consent to receive marketing or promotional messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information. By using SalesCycle, you also acknowledge our Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Services

SalesCycle may depend on third-party services, including communications providers, hosting providers, AI tools, analytics services, carriers, and messaging platforms. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.

Intellectual Property

SalesCycle, Alex, the website, demo flows, content, designs, software, and related materials are owned by SalesCycle or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from them except as expressly allowed by us.

Disclaimers

SalesCycle is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not promise that the site, demos, communications, AI outputs, or services will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, secure, or suitable for your particular use. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for a specific business situation and should be reviewed before reliance.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SalesCycle will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of SalesCycle.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new last-updated date. Your continued use of SalesCycle after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
