Calls, chats, texts, emails, DMs, and demo conversations may be recorded, monitored, transcribed, summarized, analyzed, and stored for service delivery, quality assurance, training, security, legal compliance, and product improvement.
If you do not want a call, chat, or message interaction recorded or transcribed, do not start or continue that interaction, tell the agent or representative, or contact us using another available method.
Text Messaging and Mobile Consent Data
If you provide a mobile number or opt in to receive text messages, we may use that number to send SMS, MMS, RCS, or similar messages consistent with your consent and applicable law.
